If you have read the interview to our friend and Eichlers expert Monique Lombardelli, you will remember that she was working on building new Eichlers based on original plans. Well, she made it.

Last month, the first new house in over 40 years was completed in Palm Springs.
The developer Troy Kudlac built the house on Monique’s license. The new Eichler house has all modern appliances and fixtures but keeps the freshness and modernist look of the ‘older’ Eichlers. Of course, we love it.
